Once a process moves beyond its initial detailed design risk assessment, Management of Change (MoC) governs most engineering activity associated with that process through to decommissioning. Project and plant engineers use the MoC process to initiate, review, approve, and track modification to a process design. MoC’s generate action items and required updates to Process Safety Information (PSI).
